vb6 - load data into listview

Hello there,
I have this code bellow that its working with no problem.. I would like to add a little feature to it but need help with that..
when I open a file that has blank lines in it it will add "name:phone:good" to the line on top.. I would like to prevent that..

I have in a text file this data
user1:pass1

user2:pass2

so I load that and I end up with
user1:pass1:name:phone:good:name:phone:good
