How do I change the registry entry for reg_Dword?

Hi

I've used registry entries for reg_sz but not Dword I just need to change the values from 0 to 1 or vice versa, I've looked through all the posts but can't quite find everything I need. I'm not sure what api calls to add to make it all work  HELP!!Start Free Trial
