cut,copy, and paste on a context menu on the text box in vb.net 2005

I am developing with visual basic 2005 and have a contex menu assigned to a regular text box.  I need to know what the code is for "cut, paste, and copy" on this contex menu to manipulate the values entered into this text box.  I have already read http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa231231(VS.60).aspx and it does not explain very well.
