Runtime error 75 Path/file access error

In the server when i execute an application(VB) am getting error 75 path/file access error.But all the clients connected to it has noo problem. We r using a bat file in it we have specified as
"regsvr32 somepath\file.dll"...And all clients have this bat file in their C drive. Please help meStart Free Trial
