Issues with Visual Basic 6 SP6 install and VISTA OS

Asked by maxwell2323 in Visual Basic Programming

Trying to install VB6 Service Pack 6 on my Vista machine. I get this error:
Setup cannot find the Visual Studio common directory setting on this machine. Any ideas? How can I get this installed?

Also, how does one change their experts-exchange password? The one that the website gave me incredibly has a character that looks like an I (eye)  or a ONE or a lower-case L.Start Free Trial
