After performing Insert command the Data Control does not always display the last inserted record.
Records are only inserted into a single table named "Drawings"
I have used the .Refresh command without any improvement
Is there any delay or command to use which will reload the data to include the most recent insert.

try link the control to the table in the data source
coz query never update or insert
or try to use
rs.edit and
rs.update
