Automatically resize screen resolution

Hello to all,

I have a Visual BASIC v6 application which was build on a resolution of 1024 x 768.
When I try to run it on a 800 x 600 resolution the windows appear very big and not fully accessible.

Is there a way to have it resized automatically to any resolution (like 800 x 600)?
