Opening a text document through ftp with a username and password using excel vba

Hi,

I'm not a programmer, yet I need to do this:

write a macro in excel vba that would:
(a) open a text file saved in a server through ftp
(b) that code needs to specify the username and password

I need to have a code that is as simple as possible, and that has all the objects and variables defined and well-identified.
