Question

How do you add a new row to a datagrid without having to click on a new line on the datagrid? Can this be done programmatically?

I have an application that needs to be able to add a record to a datagrid from a series of text boxes.  My users keep forgetting to click on the last line of the datagrid before they enter the new data into the text boxes.  Is there a way that they can enter the data into the text boxes without clicking on the datagrid and then insert the new row into the datagrid at the click of a button?

Thank you Ark for your post.  I am sorry I haven't responded sooner.  I got handed a last minute "emergency" project and still have not had a chance to try your solution.  I will let you know as soon as I have a chance to test it.

I tried this solution, but it did not work.  Unfortunately I have not been able to get back to this question since then.  I truly appreciate Ark's help, but unfortunately I was never able to add a row with his or anyone else's solution.  Thanks!
