RunAs with CreateProcessWithLogonW under Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008

A longer time ago I wrote some code for a RunAs.exe that calls a application with predefined logon credentials. It works fine for Windows 2000 and XP but not for Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 clients.

The RunAs.exe is called by a logon script (within domain) and then calls a application that installs or replaces some updated (own written) DLL files.

I am calling the CreateProcessWithLogonW API.
Is there a replacement for CreateProcessWithLogonW or what can I do to make this run?
