There are different ways in VB 6 to get/set the value of a field in recrodset
1. Rs.Fields("Age")
2. Rs.Fields(0)
3. Rs("Age")
4. Rs!Age
in above examples i found Rs!Age more shorter and descriptive, that's my choice.
