Insert field

How can I add some fields in my code below? In stockfile I have Procode,Proname and Quantity.
And in Stock I have also Procode,Proname and Quantity. My code below will saved only the procode. Now my problem is I want to save all fields.
Pls help!

I've just changed this code which surely you missed s.Procode, d.ProName, d.Quantity

well, if you do that, why "left join" to StockFile table?

I'm sorry but I need to know the difference. Here is the scenario of my problem.

stock has 3 fields Procode,Proname,Quantity. I want to copy this 3 fields into the Stockfile where the stockfile has also the same fields. Is my code above is not suitable of this problem? Do I need to change the code? Pls give me some Ideas.. Thanks!

see this wikipedia to read up about joins:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Join_(SQL)

now, as you copy from A to B, you don't need the B in the SELECT part at all...

cn.Execute "Insert into Stockfile (Procode, ProName, Quantity)" & _
           "Select s.Procode, s.ProName, s.Quantity from stock s  " 

unless you want to copy to the stockfile only those ProCodes that don't exist yet: 
cn.Execute "Insert into Stockfile (Procode, ProName, Quantity)" & _
           "Select s.Procode, s.ProName, s.Quantity from stock s left join Stockfile d On d.procode = s.procode WHERE d.procode IS NULL "
