Excel 2007 Scrolling Text/Marquee on sheet

Hi All,

I know similar questions have been asked before, but this is a bit trickier.  I would like text to scroll across the bottom of the sheet in Range(B11:L11).  It can be in the cells, textbox, label, or anything really, but the tricky part is that the program is running an infinite loop all day.

I found something that may be able to be modified for what i want to do, but I am not exactly sure how to modify it to suit my needs.  I am also not sure how to insert a web browser on a form.

The example is in the file MarqueeTicker from here:  http://www.ozgrid.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41046.

If this can be modified to somehow read the scrolling text from a text file, that would be perfect.

Thanks in advance.

Please attach an example of your textfile and I'll give you an example using Andy's idea...

Well, there is no text file yet.  The scrolling text will need to be updated almost daily, so I would like to have a one line text file that I can update with a vbscript so the next morning when the computer boots and Excel loads it will read the text file and update the marquee.

Lets say the text file is c:\rtpi\marquee.txt and contains the following text:

Welcome to GloboChem:  We own everything, so you don't have to!!
One more thing to add... the marquee has to be fairly large height-wise.  It should be about the size of an Excel row height of 54
