We use this and are VERY pleased with the product. Don't know about pricing. Nice thing about it is that there is a robust application to run in-house, and a web-based version for when you're away from the office.

We use gemini from countersoft http://www.countersoft.com
It works great, has lots of nice features (can create tickets from inbound emails, Time tracking, desktop and web based, customizable, automated email status updates, work calendars, ghant charting etc.). Its .net (C#) based and relies on SQL Server in the background. It has a web services API and a drop in .net assembly for building custom interfaces/tasks in.
They offer a free 5 user license so you can download and play with it. The full license is 700 pounds, or 1200 if you want the ASP source code.
