Why don't Find ???.....URGENT

I work with VB 5.0, I'm using FindFirst with (Recordset,dbOpenDynaset), etc, etc... When I put 2 or more Fields in the FindFirst don't find it records....ej.:

set db = wrk.opendatabase("Data")
set rs = db.openrecordset("Data",dbOpenDynaset)

cFind = "Date = " & cDate & " AND Client = '" & cClient & "';"
rs.findfirst cfind
if not rs.nomatch then
rs.delete
endif

Or SQL too, the same problem....

set db = wrk.opendatabase("Data")
sql = "DELETE * FROM Data WHERE Fecha = #" & cDate & "# AND Client = '" & cClient & "';"
db.execute sql,dbfailonerror

I need that somebody tell me what i do wrong.....
