Help about MSHFLEXGRID(urgent)

Hello,
      I have a flexgrid which is connected to adodc
wht i have a button on form add update delete
to add a row behind add button

mshflexgrid1.rows=mshflexgrid1.rows+1


behind save button

Dim tot As Integer

Adodc1.Recordset.AddNew
     For tot = 1 To MSHFlexGrid1.Rows - 1  Adodc1.Recordset.Fields(0) = MSHFlexGrid1.TextMatrix(tot, 1)
Adodc1.Recordset.Fields(1) = MSHFlexGrid1.TextMatrix(tot, 2)
Adodc1.Recordset.Fields(2) = MSHFlexGrid1.TextMatrix(tot, 3)

behind delte button

My questions are

1 is there anyway to add multiple record in flexgrid with
data control
2 when i delete the record it should refresh flexgrid

3 how to modify record in flexgrid which is connected to
database

I want to add multiple record means if i added 3 rows when i press save it should save 3 rows in
table
