VB .NET Dataset Question

I was wondering if it's possible to use a query in with a Dataset to find rows in a Dataset.Tables() or do you have to program your own algorithme and pass througth all of your rows to find what you are looking for?

Example, to replace some values by other on a non-primary key column.

Assing the dataset to a dataview like so

dv = New DataView(dsExistingDataSet.Tables(0))

After doing this you get access to Count, RowFilter, Find, FindRows... and many more.
