The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. How to Export output of a Crystal Report to MS Access using VB6

Hi,

I use Crystal Control in VB6 to print or output the data to CSV file or Excel.  The data for the report comes from an AS400 iSeries.  I use IBM Client Access ODBC driver for my Crystal Report. I then I can import the output file into a MS Access, CREATED IN ADVANCED.   What I need help on is how to automate this step so that the output can be put into a table in MS Access.  Currently, I have problem writing to an Access ODBC for the output. I'm using Crystal CDC codes without a success.
Please help me with a sample codes to write the output from the report to an Access table.  If this is possible then I need to rename the table to table-old and create a new one from the next run of the program.  Thank you for your help.
