VB datareport generates same records from the ADODB recordset with MS Access DB

I have an application which uses ado recordsets and MS access as backend and when i generateVB data report, it generates same records from the recordset.

If the search results return 6 records then those 6 records are the same records in the report

If all records in the DB are generated as reports, the report has the same record in the full report !

I have used VB Data report without Data Environment

Please guide me to correct the Problem !

The Following is my code snippet where i generate the report
