Problem with Code to Send Email From Access

Hello, I got some code from another experts exchange post to send email via ms access.  The post is found here:

I'm having a hell of a time getting it to actually work.  I finally found the smtp send mail for vb 6.0 reference... now when I am stepping through the code, I am getting this error:

Component 'MSWINSCK.OCX' or one of its dependancies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

So..... I went and downloaded a copy of the winsck file and tried to register it... everytime I put the regsrvr32 line into the command prompt it says it can't find the file...even though its right where I say it is.
