object required but it's created

I have not idea what's wrong.

My recordset is created but yet I get an error that

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8'

Object required: 'rcon_secretProManager_xl'

error points to ---> rcon_secretProManager_xl.moveNext

Am i missing something? thanks.
