need help with this VBScript to check for folders instead of files

we use IP Monitor to monitor servers and some workstations. in the past we needed to monitor the number of files in a directory, and IP Monitor support provided us with a vb script that we do just that.

recently we needed to monitor the number of directory on a drive, so I called them and they indicated that they can only provided script but not assist in customizing them

the attached script works fine to monitor the number of files, so can you all help me out to make it monitor the number of directories instead?
