The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Need Assistance with this VBScript under Windows Server 2003

The following script below runs find under Windows XP. When I try to run this under windows Server 2003 with admin priv's it give me the following error;

It doesn't create the file.
