Increment a .ini file with a new data

Is there a way to set parameters within a .ini file, to enable a dynamic properties task to read it and output a .txt file with the same date name?

here is the simple .ini file script I am currently using.
[File path]
value=C:\Documents and Settings\sqladmin\Desktop\scripts\10_14_2008.txt

I need the date to update automatically.Start Free Trial
