VBSCRIPT to Access Webpage

I go through a simple but annoying task of logging unto a secured website and I clicking on menu tabs and radio buttons to export data from this website. How can I automate this exercise so I can have fresh data every morninig. I tried Automation Anywhere software and it bombs out about hafway through and they want a hefty fee just for this service. Can some script be written that I could schedule everyday. I have attached a document that explains in detail on how I navigate the webpage to export the data. Thanks in advance for your attention.
