Hello,
Word has this function kind of build in.
When you insert the TOC there is an option 'Use hyperlink instead of page number'
If you activate this you can do a 'ctrl + click' to go down to that section.

If that is what you want..then probably you can follow the below steps:
Assume you have prepared your document and Page 2 is the Context Menus. Select Each Context (Chapter Name etc whatever) -> Press Ctrl+K --> Hyperlink will appear --> Choose Place in this document --> Select your Paragraph.
That's it.

There is no simple way around. You need to create a Word Template for this. Design your template by using Visual Basic Toolbox (view -> Visual Basic). Use Combo box, Text box, Groupbox etc. to design your template. Once your template is created you may ask for VB code.
