vbs script to map drives and create folder

I need a vbs script that will map to a shared folder named shared on a server named bender. I also need it to map to a folder named user and within this user folder  I want to create private user folders within for each person who logs in on their pc. Both  folders shared and user are on  d drive. If the user folder does not exist(say a new user is hired then I want the vbs script to create the user folder such as rroberts.

The server is windows server 2008
