VBA: Find string in array and delete it

Hello!

I hope you can help me with this problem:

Say I have an array that is called

Dim test1 as Variant
test1= Array("BFM", "JAG", "JNR")

And I want to delete "JAG" from the array... how can most easyly do that?

I have found a piece of code that can remove a string in an array in you give it the position of the string, but I am having trouble with finding out how you can retrieve the position of fx "JAG" in the array.

Any help would be appreciated!
