VBA Question: Trying to Write a sub that uses a For loop to color the interior of every other row

I have a file that contain monthly sales amounts for 40 sales regions.  I am trying to write a sub that uses a For loop to color the interior of every other  row (rows 3,5, etc.) gray. I want to Use ColorIndex 15 for gray, and color only the data area, columns A-M.   Thank you very much in advance.
