Program Procedures: From a Windows application a consumer can enter miles per gallon of two vehicles, the cost of gas, the mileage drive each year, and the years that they intent to own the car to calculate total fuel cost for the life of each vehicle.  The difference in the cost is also displayed.

Algorithms, processing and conditions:
1. The Consumer enters the present fuel price, miles traveled per year, the years of vehicle ownership (years 1-10) , and the miles per gallon of an SUV and a compact car.
2.  The Same function procedure will be called twice to calculate the total fuel cost over the life of each car.
3.  Display the total cost over the life of vehicle for each of the two cars and the difference between the 2 values.

Notes and Restrictions: Validate input by using TRY-Catch blocks in separate as needed.

Please help me do this project as I am a newbie to VB.

Thanks,
