ntdll.dll, offset 00011669
What function is being carried out by nt.dll at offset 00011669
I have a number of systems running our custom audiovisual playout software which has recently started causing the following crash with a send/don't send error dialogue
AppName: bxpro.exe AppVer: 1.3.0.51 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5594 Offset: 00011669
bxpro.exe is our custom software.
we have been unable to reproduce the fault on demand
we have 40 systems from identical images and this seems to affect 2 of them.
Research on google suggests this error affects a number of applications including:
microsoft excel
thunderbird e-mail software
civilization game
dynasty warriors
various satellite tuner cards
Therefore can anyone shed any light on what function this dll file is carrying out, such that we can try and see what in our software is causing the crash.

Could you post some of dumps from the c:\Windows\Minidump folder?

Hi Sharma,
I have been unable to find anything in this location
I believe the minidumps are create on bluescreen stop crashes only - whereas these are windows crash errors.
