or other wise let PC be in on condition I wann to turn winamp start playing at a time i set.

This is very easy. Go to www.download.com and type in "alarm" it will show you a huge assortment of alarm systems for the computer. Find out which one you need. A lot of them will have options for running specific programs at certain internvals. A lot of people set them up so that they are an alarm clock and wake you up with your favorite music playing. There are quite a lot of them, so check which one suits your needs.

Most modern PC's have an option in the BIOS to turn on the PC at a specific time.
Both my Asus (recent) and my Abit (for Celeron 433)mainboard have this option.
I assume you are able to start winamp or whatever when your windows 2000 is started?
Have you got any experience with looking in the BIOS? It's mostly started by pressing the "Del" key, "F10" or "Esc" or whatever when your computer is just starting, before the operating system starts.
In the BIOS look for power management or something like that. Here you should find what your computer should do with the power button, if it should turn on when you press the keyboard or the mouse or by the LAN card or some PCI card and also you can set it to start at a certain time and date. This option will by default be disabled so you won't see a time or date yet. Most likely all options in this screen are set to "disabled".
