Windows Screen Capture

What I need is suggestions for ways to capture the screen, store is over the network, and be able to play it back at a later time. I am using this for QA software at work. The footprint of this needs to be as discrete as possible. I do not want the employees to be able to tell when thay are being recorded (a separate portion records their phone).

There are already similar systems that do this.. Witness, Audiolog, Click2Coach, Dictaphone, etc..

Does anybody have suggestions on how to capture the screen, and screen changes on Win95/98, NT, 2000, and XP, without the user noticing? I figure I'd worry about how to store it, and playback after I figure out how to get the data first.

Maybe there are system hooks I can set up?

I am using Delphi, but I believe this question isn't really language specific.
