Use the Rich Text Textbox. The normal Textbox has a size limitation as well.

hi!
i am working in VB..trying to make notepad...i have been able to add all functionality but still am not able to add the word wrap function..i was wondering if anyone can suggest me that..

i'm assuming that you created a large TextBox where the user will enter text, doesn't the textBox have properties that you can set to allow word wrap, as in:
scroll bars
right to left
multiline
try playing with those, but if that doesn't work, you should be able to come up with a formula based on the size of the the text box based on the Left & Width properties and Font size to determine how many characters in a single line can fit in the textBox before reaching the right side of the box.
