Visual Source safe need tutorial

Hi,
Firstly, I want say that I am not very sure about topic area I chose for this question but I could not find a more appropriate one.

Can anyone help me in getting a tutorial material on MS Visual Source Safe? A power point presentation, word doc.. whatever which effectively covers the following items:

User Management
