Browse All TopicsI have created a project that has multiple files which are arranged logically in Solution explorer. The files are aranged into folder as per a logical order... For example.. All Employee related aspx files are located in Employee folder. Now if i want to find a particular file in Solution Explorer in VS.NET IDE how can i do that. Meaning there is no find option available in VS.NET IDE to find files. IS there a way to find files in VS.NET IDE???

I doubt MS ever thought there would be so many files as to make a manual search through the list in the Solution Explorer difficult.
It is worth noting that as you quickly type the first few letters of the file you're looking for, the first match among those visible will be selected - just like Windows Explorer. So, if you keep all directories expanded, the search shouldn't be too bad - unless you have many similarly named files in several directories.
