If you had an interview and you were asked

1) what's the main different between C++ and VB (and i guess Java) what would you say?

2) how would you try cell yourself in a VB.NET development position it you have never used it before but you know VB and to a lesser extent C++? (what is the biggest obstacle in terms of getting up to speed with VB.NET)
