Hello all im still a noob lol so dont laugh at this question im kinda working with a tutorial from learn Visual Studio on how to create delete buttons etc that interact with an acess database now heres my problem in this tutorial it has an if statment that checks to see if th index used to bring up data that needs to be updated is a Integer witch is messing mine up because the names used are all Text  How can i tell the sytem to look up a record from the text typed into a Text box I only need an example thats how i learn there is a Text box and find button next to the box. Vb code only please I will learn C after i really understand Vb Start Free Trial
