Good sites to post positions for Free Software/Open Source projects?

Hi,

Does anyone know of good sites to post volunteer positions for Free Software and Open Source projects? I need a graphics artist for a game I am creating (http://sf.net/projects/compets) and have posted a job on the SourceForge Help Wanted page, but that doesn't seem particularly effective.

BTW, yesterday I got one response from the sf site, but he doesn't seem competent in SDL.
