The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Building Visual C++ Applications so they don't require .NET Frame

Hello,

I'm wanting to make my application using Visual C++ so I can easily add buttons, lists etc. etc.

When I compile it normally and then try run it on my computer that doesn't have .NET framework install it gives this error:

I read on the Microsoft website that I have to install the Platform SDK kit to make native Windows applications, so I did and the setup etc. all went fine & the configuration etc. so then I started a new project like it said in the setup guide and that was also all fine, but I noticed that I couldn't visually edit the Windows form & also it still gave the same error on my computer that doesn't have .NET installed.

Is there any way I can make an application in Visual C++ & edit the form and add buttons etc. visually and then compile it so it doesn't require .NET framework?
