RAR Script Changed due to SQL 2008R2 Naming Convention

I have a script that would RAR some of our Database backup files. We have currently upgraded from SQL 2005 to SQL 2008R2 and the naming convention of SQL Backups has changed with the new version of SQL.

The old naming convention was what came out of the default backup SSIS Packages:

ex. DatabaseName_backup_2011100010005.bak

The new naming convention in SQL 2008 R2 appears to have this format:

ex. DatabaseName_Backup_2012_02_01_000507_0593702.bak

example explained. DatabaseNAME_Backup_2012(Year)_02(Month)_01(Day)_000507(MilitaryTime)_0593702(NOTQUITESUREWHATTHISIS).bak

The script that I have below with the old naming convention would save each BAK, DIFF, and Transactional Log File in its own RAR File for that current month. When the month was over, it would create another set of BAK, DIFF, LOG RAR Files.

How can I change this script below to pickup on the new naming convention of Year, Month,  Day, Time, and Not sure about the last one. Here is the current script that I am using:
