If you want to change file name over the time you can also have option for this.

Flash pdf download
I am trying to apply an action to an instance of a button in Flash to download a pdf file online. Cannot find any support documentation for this online or in book. Help much appreciated :)

but you need to copy this code on a button instead of frame.
how to do it:
