Hello members, just would like to know what the best software is for CD labeling, I found these 4 !  which ones have you guys used,

I want to add , I would like a program packed with alot of features. like if you had to design a CD or DVD that had a very art-sie look, you would be able to make it look like the original ...

i've used both mediaface nad surething
both do pretty much the same thing - which is to help you get the layoput o nthe cd and reproduce it consistently
As for "art-sie" grahpics looks - both of these allow you to import graphics - so you should be able to come up with whatever you want as long as you can do the designs first - like in photoshop

What I typically do is create it all in photoshop and then just use MediaFace and Surething to "layout" that image over the cd

There are also a lot CD label templates in various formats for Neato labels - http://www.neato.com/Support.aspx

I actually prefer media face cause I use Neato labels - but I have also used SureThing esp. for using with Lightscribe drives

Hi catannbingo,

I have always used Neato Mediaface. As bbdc has already mentioned, most of these packages do the same kind of thing but I've always stuck with Mediaface as I've found it easy to use and always good enough to do what I want.

When you say you're trying to make covers like originals, you mean you're trying to reproduce an original CD? Take a look here for CD artwork:

http://www.cdcovers.cc/

You can use these easily in MediFace to recreate CD/DVD covers.
