getting 800x600 avi to play on a 42inch (max) size tv

i have some videos that are 800x600 ( i dont mean video taken by camcorder) i mean videos made in flash that are supposed to be going onto cd, but i was asked if the files could be played on a normal tv ( to which i am making a stand at saying the max would be a 42 inch plasma / lcd)

i will make the videos into avi ( well - is that the best format ) then get them onto dvd - maybe use adobe encore.

My question is - from the start if i am starting with 800x600 whats the best way to go about getting my content onto dvd for the best playback. or is a video that was made in 800x600 just going to look rubbish, any way you do it Start Free Trial
