Browse All TopicsI have a sony HDR-SR10 digital camcorder, I am trying to view some of the videos on the camcorder on my laptop and I do not know how to convert or change the videos to an mpeg format or something along those lines. Any help would be great.

An mts file is a highly compressed AVCHD file.

I believe TMPGEnc Xpress 4.0 will accept these files. I think the latest version of FFDShow MPEG-4 codec also supports AVCHD. The K-Lite Video Codec pack can help solve a good number of codec issues.
