Embed video to start playing when a subscriber clicks submit

I have a site that, when someone enters their name and email address and clicks the subscribe button, I want them to go to a page that will start playing the video automatically.

Let's say my site is: www.website.com

I want to have the video playing at: www.website.com/welcome.html after subscribing.

I have produced the video as the settings below, in Camtasia:

Produce video as > custom production settings > Flash (SWF/FLV) radio button enabled > Express Show > Embed Video into HTML (checked) > Organise produced files into sub-folders (checked).

After rendering, it has produced these files:

1.video1.html
2.video1.swf
3.ProductionInfo.xml
4.swfobject.js

Can someone give me a quick instruction on how and where to place the specific files and what amendments, if any, do I have to make to any html or coding?

I know to upload the 5 files to my root directory, but which files do I place where, and is there anything else I need to do?

Many thanks for your help.
