joomla 1.5 menu systems

Is there a menu system available for 1.5 that can mimic this 2 level horizontal menu system: https://www.hyperstrike.com/default.aspx

I can't find one, and one that I did find for 1.0 didn't work correctly even with the legacy turned on.
