Open Source Newsletter and Mailing List System

Please recommend an open source HTML newsletter and mailing system that I can integrate into my existing website to use the user data from my existing mySQL database. I need it to have tracking of links clicked and opened emails and bounces as per the benchmarkemail.com system I currently use. I will need it to trigger to send emails every week from the date of signup and/or the date of the event as this is an event planning system.Start Free Trial
