accessing exchange's global address lists from delphi

hallo,
I need to send e-mails from within my application. users need to be able to connect to the global address lists of the company's exchange servers. they should see the form that appears when, writing an e-mail, you click on the to: (or cc:, or bcc:) button. and, possibly, check the names (like when you type the user name, click on ctrl+k, and exchange/outlook retrieve the mail associated).
how may i do this?
