Recurse outlook contacts folders.

Hello.

Please does anyone have a slice of code that will recurse through all the folders to any number of levels in MS outlook.

I basically want to extract all of the contacts from outlook some or all of which may be stored within in folders,sub-folders,sub-sub-folders e.t.c.
I have succesfully managed to get all the contacts that are in the top level of the contacts folder but can't get to the ones in subfolders.

sample code would be greatly appreciated.
